Attic Storage Management Group - I got a problem with Attic Storage Management Group

I got a problem with Attic Storage Management Group. My boy, ***, is in jail and I'm his POA. His ex, ***, got a storage spot at the *** place. My boy's been paying for it. I called to pay, but the lady there won't take my dough. I tried calling from my boy's phone too, but she hung up on me. The cash was due on the 1st and she's gonna lock *** out of the unit after ten days of no dough. The fees for no dough are also piling up. I'm trying to pay, but she won't let me.
