Limestone Property was managing my rental unit

Limestone Property was managing my rental unit. On 10 Frb, 2022, I called them to let them know that I was selling the property. I asked them to contact the upcoming tenant to see if she wanted to terminate the lease. They said that it was impossible because there was a signed lease and that I would have to pay the tenant a year's rent. The lady then called the upcoming tenant to come in and sign the lease because she hadn't signed it yet! After that, the lady refused to answer any more of my calls. I talked to the upcoming tenant, and she hadn't signed the lease and didn't want to move in. Limestone Property didn't act in my or my tenant's best interest and lied to me, my realtor, and the upcoming tenant.
