Atlantic Pools sux! They built our pool but the spa don't work and they won't fix it. We paid them in Jan and it's been 5 months and they won't return our calls or emails. Ben came out but didn't do jack. Now we gotta pay $5k to fix their mess. Ben said he'd warranty his work for a year but he's a liar. We waited 7 months hoping they'd fix it but they're just ignoring us. Don't use Atlantic Pools, they're a ripoff!

I got a pool from Atlantic Blue Pools and Spas, LLC. They built it at my crib in April . But in November , I peeped rust spots on the pool surface, pool lights, and screws for the pool lights. The pool lights also stopped changing colors. I hit up Atlantic Blue many times, but they never hollered back. I had to pay another pool company to fix the pool lights. After a year, Atlantic Blue sent out a subcontractor to peep the rust stains. They never came out themselves. The repair didn't work, and the rust stains came back. I told them that the pool was losing water and the stains were from a rebar bleed, which is a structural issue. After ten more months, Atlantic Blue sent out the same contractors to fix the pool. The repair failed again, and now they say my pool is out of warranty. They won't honor the lifetime warranty for the pool shell. They won't come out to look at the pool and won't answer the phone when I call. I need a good repair company to fix my pool.
