I purchased 3 year insurance on a kitchen appliance. I went to the Amazon order and was taken to Asurion portal and filled each line and provided requested receipts. I received email saying the information was incomplete and then received an email that said rejected my claim. I called 3 different 800 numbers and was on a call for 30 minutes. They opened a new case and said "congratulations" i have been approved to receive an Amazon gift card. The link to the Amazon gift card didn't work.
