Asta Parking

I parked my car with their vale service. They took my phone number and told me that we could communicate via text. I was not told any hours of operation and when I returned at a normal 12:00 time frame there was no one their. Other people who were there said the vale guy took off very quickly and someone had to run him down to get their key's.
when I got there he was already gone and the only thing I could do is use the initial text they sent to try and contact them. I reached an answering service numerous times who continually tried to call them throughout the night. No reply and I was left stranded. Even though they took down my number I received no call and was told nothing about a return time. It also seemed that the person was out of their as quickly as possible even knowing he had other peoples keys. I have just sent another message to them via the info email and phone number I could find on the internet. More to come on this outcome but so for really bad. No one has gotten back to me for over 2 hours. Really not good if you trust them to park your car and you are not close to home.
