Ashley Stewart review: Poorest customer service

On 1/11/24 my mother and I walked into an Ashley Stewart store and mind you I am a avid shopper with you’re company. We were in Store # 356504 and within just a few minutes of shopping, your assistant mgr. Lynette D. Asked me why was I looking confused. I replied back the only thing thats confusing was her unprofessional comment. She proceeded to say she watched me looking around and thought I was confused? My reply to her was ma’am haven’t you seen before in your store? She said of course! Everything I had on this day was from Ashley Stewart. I am a walking advertisement for you all and that’s how I was treated by her. I told her She lacked professional decorum and professional etiquette. I want to officially make a complaint on your employee Lyvette D. As soon as I walked away from her She immediately offended another customer! The customer just wanted to place her items on the back counter because it was heavy and this same store employee just started ringing up her items. The customer reiterated but I told you I was not ready yet ma’am!
