They say you can get store credit instead (which is already kind of a bummer) but only if you return the dress within a month and it's still brand new. Most of their dresses, however, aren't even eligible for store credit. They call them "final sale" items, which means if it doesn't work out for you, too bad! This kind of just feels like a real shady way to run a business, you know? Other dress shops are more reasonable and will give you a full refund if it doesn't work out. I think it's just better to steer clear of SavedByTheDress.
