So, I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Hello Molly. I ordered some clothes from their site, but when they arrived, they didn't fit right. So, I decided to return them and get some store credit instead. Seemed like a good idea at the time, you know?

But then, when I went to use the store credit, I found out that it had expired! And get this - their site doesn't even say anything about the credits expiring! So, basically, I was out of luck and out of my money. Not cool, Hello Molly.

And to make matters worse, their customer service was just terrible. I tried to reach out to them to see if there was anything they could do, but they were just unhelpful and rude. I mean, come on, guys. If you're gonna issue store credit, at least make sure it doesn't expire without telling people!

Overall, I would definitely not recommend shopping at Hello Molly. Their policies are just not customer-friendly, and their customer service is a total letdown. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.
