Complete scam, that starts with excessive payments and bots from other locations claiming they are in your location. Then a request for $150 US funds will be returned and the account reactivated. It was apparent after sending the $150 the scammers had started. The young lady had no idea of local landmarks and was using google earth (old photos) to pretend she was in the area. Email customer service for my $150 dollar refund I had to pay an additional $129 US funds to get my refund back and in writing Customer Service stated they would refund the $150 and $129 respectively. Once the second payment of $129 was paid the customer Service rep stated I needed to pay an additional $150 to get the $150, $129 and the further $150 refunded. I said I had enough. it is time to obtain a class action suit. I have filed with consumer protection and now I will be going to VISA for fraud.

I had my account open, verified my email to prove I was a real user, and now for no reason; whenever I try to open a window to even log onto the site, it says, "the owner of the website has banned your IP address". I did nothing wrong, I just left the window open. This all happened today 06-09-2022. I've had my account fairly recently as of about 06-03-2022 maybe? Just an approximate date.

May 29th my account got suspended, and about 4 months ago it did the first time. I called but no one answered. On May 29th I was in a conversation and the account shut down. I try to get back on but I could not. About four months ago I had an account and all of a sudden it shut down. I tried to get back in but could not. I opened a second account and it got shut down. I do not understand why. Can you help?

I have been suspended for the second time with no warning whatsoever.

I was in a lovely conversation with a man and you have suspended my account for no damn reason. I’m sick of it. The first account I let it slide but now this is ridiculous.

It’s almost fraudulent because your charging these men to speak to us then banning us before we can even meet them.

What you need to understand is WE MAKE YOU MONEY and you have the cheek to ban genuine women for no reason.

I will hotlist or wink at these women and a message comes back, it's obviously a standard reply. No woman needs to write a guy back because he winked at them. It's a come-on to make you send them a message. If you don't know, sending a message takes away from your pool of credits and you need credits to contact chicks.

I should also say none of the 3 viewed my profile. And several times — over a year, these women can email me within 24 hours of me checking email, but not show as being online for 48 hrs or more

These women are clearly not ugly enough for online dating. And one is from famous model raven riley.

Ashley Madison Temporarily Suspended My Account But Won't Provide Reason. I've emailed 3 times now and haven't heard back. After the suspension I went back to reread the sites TOS & such just to make sure I hadn't missed anything and accidentally broken a rule. If I had broken a rule, I was more than happy to take full responsibility for it, but it's hard to apologize and take that responsibility when you do not even know what you did wrong.

At this point all I am asking for from Ashley Madison is to please explain to me why I was temporarily suspended and if it was a mistake to please reinstate my account. The temp suspension happened on Saturday April 16th; I don't remember the exact time as as far as I know there is nowhere this info is shown to me, but it was dark outside- maybe between 9PM-2:30AM(EST) on Saturday/Sunday April 16th-17th. This was incredibly frustrating as I was messaging back & forth from several different men who had mutual interests and were possibly good matches and now we're just cut off. ~Any help will be so appreciated and thank you in advance. :)

I signed up as a VIP member on 3/30/2022 and cancelled my membership renewal about 10 days later and got blocked even though I had just paid for a one month VIP membership. I wanted to see how many responses I got before deciding to renew, but now I can't even find out, so I definitely won't be renewing. I deserve either a partial refund or at least access to the website for the number of days I paid for.

I had just made an account yesterday April 7th at Nine 0 clock at night. I am disappointed in this website why was I deleted. I woke up this morning and about Nine AM I was Temporarily suspended I didn't even do anything. Disappointing in the service I think If you're going to keep deleting people might as well Delete the site No one is happy with the site there's multiple Girls complaining...

I am a real female in contact with men on Ashley Madison. I have only been on a few days. I have scheduled my first meeting but last night when I tried to get on it kept saying oops something went wrong and then please select recaptcha so we know you are a real person but there was something wrong with the login screen. So I contacted support. The only other thing that happened is that I called a guy out for using a photo of Tom Selleck as his own. So he might have reported me. Anyway today I go to log in and it says that my account has been temporarily suspended.

I have paid well over two hundred dollars to be given access to conversations with what I’m lead to believe is real women. I’m quite upset however to discover how they are conducting business. They allow you to first “wink” at the girls you like and or request them to show you pictures but then if you wanna have a conversation you have to pay a certain amount of tokens which you have to purchase from them which is fine if the people you’re talking to or actually real people however I am Harbison confident they are running a scam because what happens is what you’ve tried to initiate a contact you get a robotic response like every person on there is giving the same response which is no sentences that are used to coerce you into initiating the conversation and spending your tokens Siri essentially trick you into making sure that you spend money to talk to talk to these women and then when she talk to get a chance to talk to the women or make your settings forget this is every single time and I’ve been doing this now for about eight months I’ve tried to make this work and it’s exact same thing every time but you’ll get like a one sentence response or they’ll just stop responding to you after they’ve already given your robotic response because you’ve already paid to contact them because what you paid wants to contact them you’ll have to pay again for that same person so then you start getting hit up by other women on this site claiming to want to talk to you and everything but the same thing happens when she start to talk with them you pay your money to talk to them and then they disappear However once you spend your tokens to initiate conversation once again they no longer respond. Honestly very very shorten that it is a running scam and they’re making lots of money off a lot of desperate people that thinking that they’re talking to real women when in reality their bots or employees that Ashley Madison just trying to earn that extra tokens and making people think that they’re initiating conversation with somebody that is in their area which is nothing that they advertise about there’s no fine print or anything that says otherwise they should definitely be investigated and they should definitely be charged with some kind of false advertisement and costing like lots of people lots of money. I have been a long time customer here spent alot of money on this site.also last week I paid for credit they took my money straight away then left me two day with out any credits .I'm a very annoyed customer. I accidentally purchased $70 woth of credit from Ashley Madison but I just discovered they starting me $29.99 monthly fee without asking for my permission . I spoke with my credit card company and they explained to me that Ashley Madison copied my financial information and used it to enroll me in some kind of contract without my permission or knowledge. I'm hoping and waiting for law suit against AM for scaming and robing people ...

horrible site. AM wants Grown adults to never actually text each other once they get to know each other on AM. Who in the entire world is ok with this? how do they even stay in business with so many complaints? Tinder doesn't do this, Match.com doesn't do this. This is the only site that tried to control you. I feel bad for men who actually pay to send messages. I honestly can't believe there are men on the site willing to pay this greedy people. instead of being glad that adults actually find someone, they're mad they aren't getting even more money from these guys.
