ZERO STARS! Don't buy from far away, this dealership is sneaky! Jonathan will take you for a ride and tell you what you wanna hear! Please read on... I bought from 1400 miles away. I saw this car I HAD to have it, a mint, low-mile 2003 Audi RS6. I put all my energy into buying it 'cause I've wanted one for like 4 years now! I talked to Jonathan, I had a bunch of questions to ask before I decided to buy. With COVID-19, I couldn't go and check the car myself and hiring someone else to inspect it wasn't an option. I told Jonathan that I gotta trust everything he tells me. I got basic questions like "Any lights on the dash or Check Engine Lights," "How are the tires," "Does the CD Player work," "Any flaws inside like cracked dash or leather wear marks," "Any scratches on the paint," "Any scratches on the rims" and stuff like that. I promised him a good review 'cause he told me everything I wanted to hear. When I got the car, I was so excited, my mind was blown (now I regret it). I left him a good Carfax Review right away (I had a shipper deliver it to me). Now, let me tell you where Jonathan screwed me. First off, I already had to replace all 4 tires. He said they were 70%, but only 2 of them were, the other 2 were 12 years old and 30%. And one of the 70% ones had a patch from a blow-out. When I asked about the Stereo/CD Player, he said it was all good. But when I got it, the CD Changer was missing? It had the mount and connector, but no changer. And lastly, the "Air Bag" light is on in the dash. Okay Jonathan, that's part of the question "Are there any lights on the dash?" I looked back at a picture he sent me before I bought it when I asked for the current Odometer Reading. In that picture, I saw the Airbag light on, but it was just a red blob, I couldn't tell what it was. He didn't say anything about the air bag light. So, at the expense of my family's safety, Jonathan made the sale. I'm writing this review to warn people about this dealership and their sales tactics. Jonathan was nice and had a good sales approach, but he's not ethical. Before writing this bad review, I contacted Jonathan and Asal Motors 46 over a week ago to see if they would fix this. Fixing the air bag light might cost me a lot, and my family's safety is super important to ME, but Asal Motors 46 doesn't seem to care.

My son is 20 and he bought a car there in late Sept early October . We live in ***. We paid them to do the DMV paperwork l. The paperwork never got done. When we called we got all of these excuses. The person who does that job sent him another temp plate. A week later he received the plates. When he went to get the car inspected it failed due to an oxygen sensor. A light you don't see on your dash. The mechanic gave an extension and told him to drove more miles and come back. Still failed. A different mechanic told him the car waa tuned and modified and he should take the car back. Of course my son wants and needs his car but it is illegal to be driving it uninspected. Alas motors had a 20 day warranty. However they delayed the paperwork and know they sold a bad car. The tires are dry rotated and more. We have called asking for *** for over a week. He spoke to my son on Tuesday November 23rd. He said he would call him back and he never did. Between my wife, me and my son, we have texted, called and emailed a dozen times and no one replies or *** "isn't there" this needs to be resolved and I will contact the company financing the car. This is horrible for my son and us.

I bought a used car from this dealer, a 2006 Mercedes-Benz. When I got there, I test drove the car and two salespeople kept saying how great it was and that there was nothing wrong with it. They said I could get it inspected before buying, but they never did it or suggested a local mechanic. Sadly, I still bought the car and when I got home, I realized they didn't give me a copy of the contract I signed. Less than 24 hours later, the check engine light came on after driving less than 60 miles. I took it to my mechanic, who said it needed over $7,000 worth of repairs just to be safe to drive. That's more than what I paid for the car! Plus, it won't pass the state inspection, which is illegal to sell. I contacted the dealer two days later to return the car because their website clearly says, "we accept returns within 5 days of purchase." The salespeople were so rude, always trying to make me feel small by saying the repairs were just "regular maintenance." They refused to take the car back or give any compensation, even though their website says I can return it within five days. They said it only applies if there's "severe damage to the transmission or engine," but that's not on their website or in my contract. Now, it's been almost two weeks and I still haven't received my title! When I called the dealer, they belittled me again and said it's coming but they're "busy."
