The Roof Detective

We luv the Roof Detective! Dan came out n inspected our roof, came out again when the insurance adjuster came, n worked with her to make sure everything was covered. The guys did a great job, finished in one day n it looks beautiful!

I gave The Roof Detective $987.50 upfront to put in gutters and downspouts on 5/18. It took like forever for them to finally show up and do the job. When they were tearing things down, they messed up my siding real bad, and they also ripped a screen on one of my kitchen windows. The gutters they put in weren't even done right and needed some fixing. They left a bunch of materials lying around and I had to clean up all the mess myself. Now, my gutters are leaking and not draining properly, and I've been trying to get in touch with the company about it, but they haven't bothered to get back to me even after I've called and left a bunch of voicemails.

The Roof Detective helped me with my roof replacement. They guided me through the entire process. The insurance company wasn't on my side, but The Roof Detective made sure I knew that. They helped me fight back until the insurance company did the right thing. They did a great job on my roof and everything else.

The Roof Detective is the best company I've ever worked with. The sales rep was professional and courteous, just like the roof installers. They worked fast and left my property cleaner than before they came. Call the roof detective for your new roof, it's worth it. They work with your insurance company to get your roof covered and finish the job quickly. This has been one of the best experiences I've had with a company, that's why I had to leave this review.

The Roof Detective has been great to work with. They have been extremely responsive and available at a wide variety of hours (evenings, weekends) to answer questions and explain the process with insurance. This is the first big insurance claim I've had to make on my house and it has gone surprisingly smoothly. The team was quick to install, arrived at exactly the time they said they would, and clean up was impressive. Our roof was just installed last week, so I can't speak to the longevity, but I would recommend this company simply based on my experience working with them. It's rare to find someone who is so quick to respond and follow through.

The Roof Detective gave me a service that was way better than what I expected. They were pros and the work they did is totally perfect. I had water coming into my basement, and a bunch of other companies who cleaned my gutters didn't even mention that my gutters were too small to handle the water. So even if they were clear, I would still have a problem. But these guys widened my gutters, put in new downspouts like experts, and even installed gutter guards. They also fixed my rain garden hose lines better than they found them. And their prices are the most reasonable out there! I would totally recommend them and I can't wait to use them for my roofing stuff!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with The Roof Detective! I called them because I had a problem with my roof and no one else would help me. The guy who came out, ***, was really helpful. He gave me advice on the ventilation issue and took lots of pictures of the damage caused by hail and storms. No one else had noticed it before. *** helped me with my insurance claim and answered all my questions. He even met the insurance guy in person. Thanks to *** and The Roof Detective, I got a new roof paid for by my insurance company! I've told everyone I know about *** and The Roof Detective. They're the best in the business when it comes to roofs and gutters!
