Routes 360 and 362 - timetables changed with no warning. Also timetable incorrect. states 360 goes to Sheppey Hospital when in fact it is 362.

Cannot understand why times have been changed, its worked perfectly well for at least 25 years. Has someone in the office got nothing to do.

I have always caught 14.45 bus from Sheerness to Leysdown and because there was no warning of this change I had to pay for a taxi to get home last night and have now had to change my working hours.

Thanks for completely messing up my working week with no notification

    Why is the h18/h19 bus so unreliable!!! The bus seems to just miss out a service which means you can be waiting an hour for a bus. Even in peak hours 18:30pm) what a waste of a Friday night spent at harrow bus station. If the service can't be made reliable just axe it so customers wouldn't be waiting around for hours, you may even save money not having to employ drivers to drive a bus most people cant be bothered to wait on anymore.

    I visit my sister every 3/4 weeks & my sister who is wheelchair bound has to use your 362 from leysdown to sheerness, she lives in seaview ave, leysdown, 4/5 weeks ago your 362 didn't go down wing rd & seaview ave as the driver couldn't be bothered to go there, what he/she did was turn into park ave & reversed into shellness rd & proceeded back the way it came, this means that if any OAP had been waiting for this bus in this cold weather would have been freezing in this cold weather can you state to your driver's how important it is for the older people thank you
