Armstrong Relocation (United *** Lines) did my move from *** to *** on 7/12/2022. I paid $15,982.23 on invoice #U0302 *** 1 01, dated 7/27. They included Full Value Protection for household goods with a $0 deductible. But, there were many problems with the move services during packing & loading. They broke some of my household items and I submitted claim forms to Armstrong Relocation on 4/6/2022. I tried to reach out to the representatives of Armstrong Relocation (***, Relocation Consultant; ***, Move Coordinator; ***, Claims *** President) many times through phone calls & email to resolve my issues. But, I haven't received any response from Armstrong concerning my complaints or payment for the items identified on submitted claim forms. I can provide more details with copies of letters and claim forms that I submitted to Armstrong.

Armstrong Relocation Company was hired by my work for my recent move. They hired a sub to pack up my 2 bedroom apartment on May 18. We didn't know what to expect and feel like we got taken advantage of. They controlled the inventory process and only told my husband to list high-value items like jewelry. He didn't think to include his power tools. When we got to our new place, we found out his Milwaukee tool bag was missing, along with some smaller stuff like a soap dispenser and dustpan. We filed a claim and gave them the receipts, but they said they weren't on the list and wouldn't pay us back. They also made us sign off on the delivery before we could check everything. A friend had a similar experience with Armstrong and lost a box of kitchenware worth $450. Armstrong is subcontracting with other movers, and the actual movers were *** in . Don't use Armstrong, move your stuff yourself.
