Furniture came on time. The driver and his crews were professional and nice. The furniture came on August 29th. I still haven't got the final statement or a credit on my credit card or a refund check for the money owed to me. The move coordinator I was working with is gone and the new person hung up on me. The original quote included having to shuttle the load to another location to put on a bigger truck. The driver didn't need to shuttle as he was able to get the truck into my driveway. The fee paid for this shuttle was $1615.68. Also, the weight was estimated as 11,500 pounds. I think the load was less so I should get some money back. Also, there were 11 mirror boxes in the estimate but not all of them were used so I should get a refund for the ones not used. Also, we used a clock box for the grandfather clock which should be taken out of what is owed to me. Reference # for this job

I paid Fox Hollow Movers LLC a whopping $15,233.55 on June 11, using my *** card. This included shipping my 1971 ***, which I later cancelled. The actual cost of services was $12,418.86, as confirmed by Move Coordinator, Ms. Emily O on June 20. They still owe me a refund of $2,904.69, which they promised to give back but haven't yet. I've been asking them about it since the summer, but they keep giving me excuses about waiting for *** movers to do the books. Ms. O even texted me on June 20, saying that the cost of services without the vehicle was $12,418.86. In August , Emily put me in touch with ***'s Accounting Dept., who blamed Covid for their delay. I asked Fox Hollow Movers to refund my credit card, but they kept delaying. Finally, in October , I disputed the charge with ***, and they refunded me $1,258.37 for the underweight of our move/belongings. However, they still owe me $1,646.32 for the fraudulent charges for the 1971 ***, which I never shipped. It's been over 7 months now, and it's completely unethical. They had no problem charging me over $15K, but they can't refund me what I overpaid. I don't want to ruin their business by leaving bad reviews or going to Small Claims Court. I just want them to do the right thing and refund me what I'm owed. I trusted them to estimate the weight of my belongings accurately, but they let me down.
