Mitchell and Jacob were the BEST! They were able to provide a reasonable quote and Mitchell provided excellent service in a timely manor. The clean up was on point. I highly recommend Armstrong Plumbing. ? We have found ourselves a new plumber.

Armstrong Plumbing arrived as scheduled, was very thorough in search of source of leak in shower. They provided us with options to address the problem, which my husband decided to address himself. They were very professional, and we would definitely contact this company for future plumbing needs.

Armstrong Plumbing did a good job replacing a broken toilet flange in a second floor bathroom that was positioned above a hallway ceiling. The plumbers were professional and easy to talk to about what was required to solve the problem. I would utilize Armstrong Plumbing in the future.

Contacted Armstrong through Google and after reading current reviews decided to call. We attempted to remove a very old kitchen faucet to replace with a new one but got stuck as the old one was siezed up and wouldn't come out. Less than two hours later the gentleman came out to take care of it. He was very professional and courteous, and explained everything well. Would highly recommend.

Armstrong Plumbing technician arrived when promised, then checked to see what the job entailed, then wrote up an estimate, then got to work. He replaced 2 bathroom faucets and 1 toilet, then made sure there were no leaks anywhere, then went through the house checking all of the plumbing to ensure no problems with water lines or other plumbing-related equipment. I recently needed to have my shower fixed, because of the knob just turning and water not coming out of the facet. I contacted a local plumbing service and received an email from Armstrong Plumbing. I decided to call back and scheduled an appointment within the week. A professional plumber came out and fixed the problem in no time and now I have running water in the shower again. The plumber was polite and helpful. Will call again when I have a plumbing issues.

The 2 young men who came to give us an estimate were knowledgeable and experienced and well-trained for the work we needed. They were enthusiastic and polite. They gave us a fair price and said they could actually stay and do the work right then if we wanted them to. We did! They replaced a kitchen faucet and a backyard spigot- quickly and without problems. We would definitely use Armstrong Plumbing again and recommend it to others.

Armstrong Plumbing provides excellent service at reasonable prices! I recently had a complicated residential plumbing project at my home and the company's owner called me to discuss and sent his most experienced plumber to bid the project and complete the work. The work couldn't quite be completed in one day, so the serviceman came back the next day to finish and even cleaned up! I would highly recommend Armstrong for any plumbing project!

Both techs arrived on time and prepared. They conducted themselves professionally and displayed expertise in their trade. I had several items to be done and they made a suggested change to one item that saved me a few hundred dollars in hardware and labor. They could have not mentioned it and stuck to the original bid but instead displayed a level of integrity and honesty that was greatly appreciated. As a result, I will highly recommend Armstrong Plumbing to everyone I know.

We are selling a house and discovered an unknown water spicket behind some bushes that had a steady stream leak. We called and asked if someone could come out to fix it in the last 50 degree day of winter. Someone came out within the hour and spent more than 2 hours to fix the issue. It is an old house and causes a few headaches during the process. I know the plumber was frustrated, but he stayed professional throughout and got the job done. They are a great plumbing company with impeccable customer service.

I was very impressed with Armstrong Plumbing. We had a gas line installed to our kitchen that was clear across the house from the existing line. We also had a busted outdoor spicket repaired. I had a quote on Monday. Was put on the books Tuesday. And after an on time arrival my jobs were completed in half a day with no mess to clean up and convenient access panels that eliminated the need for drywall repair in the basement. And this was all done with friendly and professional customer service. I hope I don't need plumbing services anytime soon but you can bet I'll keep this number handy and they will be the first people I call when I have a need!

What can I say? They were great! The dispatch called me with an ETA. And the time was met. No more waiting around the house all day! The plumber, John, was a great guy. He wore shoe covering & made it a special point to ask about COVID protection. I had a list of problems I needed fixed. John, a wonderful gentleman, asked questions that I believe helped him diagnose the problems. A quote was discussed. It was very fair; and the work proceeded. When John was finished he showed me the repair and discussed the fix. I feel that's important. This company did not try to "UPSELL" me any plans. They said what they were going to do; and did I did what they said. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Armstrong Plumbing from Armstrong Plumbing came out initially to replace the inner workings to our three toilets. Once he realized I was wanting all the inner workings replaced, he explained the costs and why it would actually be cheaper to replace the toilets. He said that to save money we could go to one of the home improvement stores to buy the toilets and Armstrong could install them for us, but we chose to order the toilets directly from them. He went on to explain the benefits of the Preferred Customer Agreement which included discounts and an examination of our plumbing lines, which we took advantage of. He and my husband walked through the house and he pointed out the three small leaks we had in the basement. The next day, he installed all three toilets and fixed the three leaks. We had dealt with another plumbing company last year when we moved into the house, and though they were very nice, my husband wasn't pleased with the final result of their work. With Armstrong Plumbing, the entire process was seamless. He was extremely polite, patient with all my questions, and explained a few things as to why he'd be doing certain things. Just the whole experience was vastly different than with our original plumbers. When Armstrong Plumbing left, we knew the job was done right, the prices were reasonable, and the company was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this company.
