I don't ever leave reviews for companies but wanted to do one for this company because they came out fast to a very stressful occasion for us. Not only did they send someone fast but they sent the best plumber, John, to help us. He was incredibly kind, efficient and knowledgeable. He was patient with all my questions. Because of him, we will only be using Gold Star in the future if need be. Thank you, John!

I had Gold Star out for a intermittent toliet stoppage. Paul found roots growing by the seal He was able to pull them out and saved me ,$$. I also asked about instant hot water. He was so nice and was able to install it at the same time. He left my bathroom cleaner than before he arrived. This company is a keeper. Even the girl that booked my appointment was amazing. I had the pleasure of having Richard come to my home to replace a RO Holding Tank for my Reverse Osmosis System. He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He diagnosed the problem almost instantly and was able to replace the needed tank in very short order. All of my systems are working just fine now and all the outlets on my system have the proper water pressure for the 2 sinks and the refrigerator and ice cube maker. I will call Gold Star in the future if and when I have need of an experienced plumber.

From the moment we spoke with the receptionist to the moment the crew left our home, we were met with incredible service! It is clear these folks care about producing good work and giving their customers peace of mind. Mike, Devin, Richard, and Jose went above and beyond! Easy to schedule with, showed up on time, were very friendly, worked quickly but diligently, and they gave us updates along the way. Mike, Thank you for sending the 2 techs,Devin & Austin. They were both very friendly & professional. They told us the problem & how to get it fixed. We had a Moen faucet that was put in our house in 2006. It was the type with 2 handles & an extension spout. The extension got hard to use. My husband pulled on it & it caught on something under the sink to make water pour out. We got a new faucet & parts since this one had worn out. They both did a great job. We requested information on a water filtration system. A technician made an appointment for the next day. He was on time & was very knowledgeable. He gave us several options & we felt comfortable with him because of his experience in the industry. Because of this we purchased a unit the same day & was scheduled for installation the next week. On the day of installation, they were here on time & our technician, Junior Rodriguez was here to supervise the installation. Everything went according to his description of the process & we were pleased with the whole experience.

Gold Star Plumbing. Gave me a time frame and called me about 45 minutes before showing up as we had discussed! Happy! I met with the plumber upon arrival and he was very kind and pleasant and explained what the job and what it would entail before starting. I had agreed to terms and before you know it the biggest part of the job was finished and the plumber had suggested additional services for this problem not to occur again and gave a quote for us to consider for the near future. With our problems solved for now, the plumber cleaned up as though he were never here, I feel that he went above and beyond to make this experience a happy one. Thank you to the plumber and Gold Star for sending us their services.

I had a new hot water heater installed by a different company last May. In October I noticed that the water pressure was not right. I called the plumber back who had installed the heater. He couldn't find anything wrong. The pressure continued to shoot the water out of the faucets and by January I had enough. I called Gold Star Plumbing and Devon diagnosed the problem within minutes. It was a rod in the water heater that had to be replaced. Devon was very knowledgeable and replaced the rod for me. He said the manufacturer doesn't cover the rod but if he had installed it, he would have covered it. I did try and get the other company to cover it, but she didn't want to commit to it, so I went with Gold Star. They are my plumbing company now. I highly recommend Devon.

This homeowner had previously placed a negative review about the service provided. Today we had to call Gold Star Plumbing for a warranty call on our tankless water heater. The same serviceperson came to the house that was previously complained about, John. John was very polite and accommodating and completed the warranty call in a short time. We took the opportunity to discuss the previous matter of complaint with views from both sides. Overall, we agreed to continue a great relationship between customer and business. I have always considered their plumbing ability exceptional and am very happy that we put to rest our other differences. We will continue using Gold Star Plumbing for all our plumbing needs and look forward to dealing with John in all our future plans. Thank you.

HAD GOLD STAR SEND OUT JARED AND AUSTIN TO CHECK OUT A LEAK. TOUGH PROBLEM AND HAD SOME ISSUES WITH IT. THEY FIGURED IT OUT, GOT IT FIXED, AND DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB. I ADDED TO THE THINGS TO FIX AS THEY WENT AND THEY WERE MORE THAN HAPPY TO TAKE CARE OF THEM WHILE THEY WERE HERE. THEY ARE A VERY PROFESSIONAL COURTEOUS, AND TIMELY. THEY WERE UP FRONT ABOUT THE CHARGES WHICH WERE IN LINE WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS AND WHEN THE JOB WAS FINISHED I WAS SURPRISED THAT THERE WERE NOT ADD ONS, THEY EXPLAINED THEIR CHARGES BEFORE THEY STARTED AND WHAT THEY WERE FOR. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THEIR WORK, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR CONCERN THAT EVERYTHING WAS DONE TO MY SATISFACTION. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CREW TO ANYONE HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THEIR PLUMBING. THEY ARE EXPERIENCED, FAIR AND TIMELY.

I had just returned home from an extended hospital stay and while walking around my house to see that everything was still in tack, came upon water leaking from the filter area of my water softener. I got online and as always look for vendors in my area in hopes it wouldn't take too long to get service. I called at 2:30 p.m. and within 35 minutes they were at the house to assess the problem and fix it. Junior immediately saw what had happened, gave me two different solutions based on cost, fully explained both, the decision was made. Junior called his boss to bring the unit I purchased to my house and by 6:00 p.m. everything was done, the old one hauled away by them and my house was once more up and running efficiently. Not only will I definitely call them in the future, I will put their information in our park's reference book for reliable vendors so everyone will know they can be trusted for any plumbing needs.

Yesterday I had a handyman install a new disposal, faucet, and reinstall my RO system. Unfortunately, there were issues with the installation. Leaks! Called Gold Star this morning, they had someone here by midday and what he found saved me from current leaks and future flooding! He showed me everything he was doing and found, explained results of improper installation by the handyman. They had ruined my dishwasher supply line when installing my new angle stops, the ptrap leaked, RO faucet was installed with a cracked connection and crooked, and they hadn't removed the plug out of the disposal for the dishwasher drain! Gold Star and their plumber to the rescue! Gold Star has excellent communication and customer service. The plumber was professional, efficient, informative, and performance-centric. He left my undersigned area clean and organized. Everything was tested for leaks and performance. So refreshing to find a company and plumber who has pride in their workmanship and business practices.

I had the pleasure of working with Richard today. I made an inquiry on Angie's List for drainage problems after exhausting my own limited DIY know-how. I received a call back within minutes, and they were able to send Richard out within the hour. Richard explained what he wanted to do, how it would be done, assured me no walls were going to be destroyed, and offered a price. I was a bit surprised at the price, so he asked me what I thought it was going to cost for the day, and offered to do a discount if he was able to do a quick job. He did the work speedy quick, and what was very appreciative was that he stayed to make sure it worked and waited while my washing machine did a quick rinse cycle. We both felt it was fixed, and I knew I needed him because he had the right tools for the job, and I was offered a 30-day guarantee with my cost for the day going towards any other problems that may arise within the next 30 days. He was very COVID cautious by wearing gloves and mask at all times. Definitely want him back for any other fixes.

I have a house that was built in 1970 with cast iron drain lines. Those lines have a lifespan of 50 years, or so and my system had failed with multiple drains backing up at once. I got Gold star out there to look at my system, diagnose, and quote the repairs needed. John Smith came out initially, he was right on time, super courteous and had my diagnosis within a few minutes of arrival. With John's help we had a plan together with a very competitive estimate, and financing lined up. Within a couple of days I had a team of devoted technicians pulling and replacing my lines and getting my house back on track. Each one of Gold Star's employee's like Sarah Johnson, Michael Brown, and Emily Davis demonstrated the best of customer service, technical knowledge, and job dedication. I was kept in loop on who would be coming by and when with their text/email system, as well as calls from the team in general. Everything got done on time with an attention to quality and cleanliness. Overall I cannot recommend Gold Star and the guys on my team enough, while my job was big I feel confident in the quality of their work and I appreciate the extra mile they went to in getting my drains back in order and dealing with my home owners insurance for the parts covered my policy. They are simply the best!

We used Gold Star Plumbing for the first time as a new homeowner in Gilbert. There were several concerns, which they addressed individually and thoroughly (old water softener system was inoperable; kitchen sink faucet leaked, shower lever was broken which made it almost impossible to turn off water after use) plus a few other minor issues. They repaired all items to our satisfaction and then installed a new wonderful water softener and reverse osmosis system. I'm pretty sure other companies would have tried to sell us all new equipment, but it was clear to me that Gold Star operates in a way that is in the customer's best interest and does not upsell needlessly. We dealt with three technicians; one who did the initial consultation and assessment, two others who actually performed the repairs and installation the following day, then Mike the owner, who checked up with us after the installation. Everyone was professional, courteous and very friendly. The technicians went above and beyond and even did a few "extras" (rearranging my RO system and tank under my kitchen sink to allow more room, and then they replaced a few batteries in my smoke alarms) AT NO CHARGE! In addition, we received a military discount and every single technician, including the owner, thanked us for our service. This company cares and does excellent work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for all our work.
