I agree with Els about the price. They charged me $1800 to fix 2 toilets and change the tank stuff and hoses. I mean, come on, how many new toilets could I have bought for that much money?

Plumbing Masters LLC is way too expensive! They gave me a quote for $3100 to put in a bathtub, which is way too much! Make sure you shop around and get more than one quote. I found a small local business that did it for only $600!

We had a leek that led us to finding out it was our water heater. They were prompt to come out and diagnose. Gave us our options, once decided they were able to fit us in same day to replace our water heater, while our warranty company couldn't give us a reasonable time frame for a tech to come out and look. We so appreciate they're patience and ability to get this done!

John and I think it was Dave who came out to do my yearly check-up and look-see. They knew a lot, did a good job, and acted like pros. They even went the extra mile by giving me some advice about a few issues in my house. I would tell anyone to use Plumbing Masters. I've been using them for a long time and it's always been great. Thanks for taking care of me like a pro.

Ricky and the staff at Pluming Masters is great with Customer Service. They always let us know when Ricky was coming and he was always on time. They explained everything to us so we could make a good choice. We had 3 plumbers come out to fix our problem and called more that never called us back. Everything about Plumbing Masters is awesome. We would tell anyone to use them.

Plumbing Masters LLC fixed one problem but made another one. I paid $1300 and still have the same problem with water running outside. They also left a big hole in my wall that I have to pay to get fixed. It's frustrating being a single African American homeowner because this happens all the time. They fix one thing and break another so they can come back and charge more money. My home insurance won't cover the wall damage and I'm upset about the whole thing. Meanwhile, I'm getting a high water bill and my first one was crazy.

They put in a gas line to my laundry room and got a permit from the city. They said it would take a week, but it's been 8 weeks now. I paid them almost $5000.00. I can't get a hold of the person who handles permits, ***, even though they said they would call me back.

I had a problem with Plumbing Masters LLC and I filed a complaint. They said they fixed it, but the smell is still there and now there are two more problems with the ceiling. The complaint number is [protected]. I'll let you know when they fix it for real.

I hired Plumbing Masters last January to fix my sewer line. They dug up the old line and the backhoe made a small dent in my house's aluminum facia. The backhoe guy, Mike P, said he'd fix it and his boss, Mike M, said the same thing the next day. But it took until April for them to do anything about it. I called once and they said they were looking for a tool to fix it. I left for the summer and came back, but it's still not fixed.

Plumbing Masters LLC is kinda sneaky, they don't give you a price over the phone and make you wait for a tech to come out and give you an estimate. If you don't like the price they charge you $29.95 just for the estimate. That's not cool, especially when their estimate is way too high. I wanted to upgrade my toilets and the first one I got from Lowes for $150 back in Feb 2022. This time I tried Plumbing Masters because they had some good reviews. The tech came out and looked at my new fancy toilet and the master bath, then checked his computer and said it would be $495 just for the "basic" installation. That's crazy! If they had told me that over the phone I wouldn't have even bothered having them come out. I was hoping for a price around $200. So, I just did it myself in a couple hours. I want my $29.95 back because I think it's not right to do business like that, it's kinda shady.

They charged me too much for the work they did. I had a leak in my bathroom and they had to reroute the line. They brought in someone else to find the problem and charged me $750 for it. The original invoice was $4447.69 and I had to pay $1000 upfront. Only one person showed up and he had trouble with the job. He called for backup and another person came in 30 minutes. The original person stayed and finished the job alone. It should have been a 3 hour job for 2 people, but they only sent one. They reduced the invoice to $3500, but it should have been lower. They charged me $833.33 per hour for labor. When I told the owner about this, he refused to change the invoice. I was laid off because of COVID-19 and it's sad that they took advantage of me. They didn't even include the cost of fixing the drywall, which they don't do. The job should have cost around $1500, which is still a lot.
