Armstrong & Associates

This company called me a bunch of times, but they kept hanging up on me. When I finally talked to someone, they kept interrupting me and wouldn't let me explain my problem. They gave me different prices every time I asked, so now I don't trust them at all. I complained to the boss today, but I'm not holding my breath for a response. I'll give them a week to get back to me before I write them off completely.

Armstrong & Associates, Inc. sent me a bill for $245 in Nov 2021 for some place called ***. They say I owe $35 now, but I don't remember owing anything to them. If I really owed them, they would have called me a bunch of times. I don't even know where the *** is. I think they made a mistake. Plus, they sent the bill to my Texas address. I only moved to Texas in Jan 2022 and I haven't been to any Mississippi medical places since then.
