Date: 8/14/2025 I have yet to EVER receive any valuable information on issues from the [censored]s Arlo hires as "customer support." They recently updated the Arlo app without my permission or knowledge. Trying to work through the convoluted MESS now. There used to be a feature on old app for when you put the camera up to look at what area was included and adjust camera up or down as necessary to include area you wanted monitored. It WASN'T setting up a zone area. It was for positioning the camera correctly to include the area you wanted monitored. I'm being told by the incompetent support that that no longer is an option on the new app. So now, I don't even know when I put the camera back up after charging if the camera is positioned high or low enough to include an area I want monitored. Nice job, Arlo, [censored]s!
Recommendation: Don't buy Arlo
