Arlo review: Feature bloat and terrible interface has ruined a good product

My cameras have worked fine and the initial interface was intuitive and useful, but Arlo's new interface has ruined all of that. Without notice and permission, Arlo erased all the settings in my system and installed a horrible, incomprehensible interface that has nothing to do with the old one. The instructions for the new interface are incoherent. Even after three hours on chat with a Arlo technician, they couldn't restore my system. The support AI and Youtube videos are no better. Arlo is great as saying what the new app 'can' do, but terrible in explaining how.
