I placed an online order with Arizona drink company on June 21st. A few days later, I got an email stating that my order was on the way, and on June 26th, I received it, but when I opened the packages, I noticed my order was partially incorrect. I ordered the Kiwi Strawberry drink and the Watermelon drink. The Kiwi Strawberry was correct, but I received something called Blueberry White Tea, which I don't want. I've submitted a customer complaint, and included pictures of the item, which was supposed to be answered in 1-3 business days, and as of today, I've heard nothing! Since they're not willing to address this, I'm going to do two things: 1 is contact my bank and ask for a refund since I didn't get the correct item, and 2 is that I'm going to the BBB. It shouldn't take any business this long to answer and resolve a customer complaint.
