We hired Arbor Barber Management Group, Inc. on June 3 to chop down some trees on our land. But they didn't do a good job, we're not happy. They messed up our property and never told us about it. They tried to fix it, but only did the bare minimum. We also found more damage to our deck. They cussed a lot while they were here and smoked on our property. They left trash in our yard when they were done and didn't clean up well. The ground wasn't even like they said it would be, there are rocks all over our front yard. It's June 25 and we haven't heard back from them about fixing the problems.

We found John's company on Angies List and called him for an estimate for removal of 21 trees in May . He came and seemed polite. He provided a quote for $8700 and left. Later that day he called and asked us what we wanted to do. We said we wanted to wait for other quotes. He started being aggressive and said he's pulling his estimate if we don't go with him immediately. My parents are elderly and they agreed because of John's pressure tactics and sent him the signed estimate. We changed our mind later that day and told John we don't want him to do the work. John threatened to take legal action to enforce his signed contract. John acts like a used car salesman and was very aggressive with us to get the job done. He also overcharged us for the job which was to remove small ash trees and should not have cost $8700. We will never use him again.

I had 3 trees taken out by Arbor Barber on April 11th, 2022. They messed up my driveway with their gear and haven't said anything about fixing it. They say they're licensed and "insured," but they don't seem to want to take responsibility when they mess up.

I had a problem with the flashing on my house and Arbor Barber Management Group, Inc. was supposed to fix it. But, I talked to the owner, John Ki, and he didn't do anything about it. He didn't even say sorry. He never calls me back and he makes excuses like it's raining or his crew won't come to work. They didn't show up today for the second time. He says that whoever caused the damage should pay for it, but he won't even let his crew talk to me. He's not professional at all and I don't think he has insurance like he says he does.

My neighbor hired Arbor Barber to chop down a tree and they cut my internet cable without asking. The repair guy said someone had to climb a ladder to do it. I talked to John and he said they didn't do it. One of his guys said they had to do it for the crane and told "us". I wasn't told, but I thought my housemate or landlord was. Turns out, they weren't. When I told John, he laughed at me for not knowing the guy's name. I didn't think I needed proof. I assumed they'd put it back. They didn't. It took a week to fix and I had to use my phone for work and got charged extra.
