needs. Camelot Home Centers may seem like a good choice at first, but their service is terrible. The people are friendly and the homes look nice, but after you buy, they don't care about you anymore. My house was supposed to be finished in January, but it's still not done in June. I've been calling the Tilton office for months, but they don't answer my calls anymore. I think they lied to me. Now I know they don't have anyone to finish my house. It's really frustrating because I paid them in full already. Don't make the same mistake I did. Go somewhere else to buy your home.

We bought a home from Camelot Home Centers for over 100k a year ago and it was a nightmare. Every step of the process was delayed for months and we were lied to by our contact Neil and his coworker. We paid in full but waited three months for them to complete our home, which they never did. We had to finish it ourselves with our own money and missed work due to no-shows. There was also a 9k shipping error and numerous errors on the items we ordered. They never fixed anything and it's disgusting that they get away with this. Communicating with them is a waste of time.

I'm still waiting for my warranty items to be settled with my home, but I haven't heard anything back from Camelot or the manufacturer, New Era by Champion Homes in PA. It's frustrating because I just want my home to be in good condition, but it seems like they don't care about their customers. Hopefully, they'll get back to me soon and we can resolve these issues.

I bought a house from Camelot Homes on June 12 and paid $3,000 for skirting. After waiting for 6 weeks, I emailed them to ask about the status and they said it would take another 6 weeks. I asked for a refund, but I still haven't received my $3,000 back.

They told me to make a list, so I made a four-page list of things that needed to be fixed or replaced. They never called me back or got in touch with me. They said they would fix things, but they never did. My warranty on my furnace and water heater was supposed to cover replacements, but I had to pay for them to be fixed. The house was hit from underneath when they delivered it, and they still haven't repaired it. A crane went through the roof, and they fixed that, but the inside of the wall is leaking. I've called them since the day it was delivered, but they keep ignoring me. I don't know what to do. I hope someone can help me resolve this issue. Otherwise, I'll have to move out of my home and find a new location. I paid cash upfront, but after they got the money, they didn't want anything to do with me. They promised me six months, but it took almost a year for the house to come. I had to rent a place to stay until the house was delivered. They knew I was working against a timeline, but they still failed to resolve the issues.
