My housemate was locked out and called Allservices4u as an emergency locksmith. By the time I arrived home they had replaced the lock with a new night latch. This was attached to the door immediately over the large cavity left by the pervious lock. This meant that it was bolted to an extremely thin piece of wood (a fraction of the thickness of the door overall). This could easily be broken by a strong attacker. The person who installed it is clearly incompetent and did not fulfil anything close to what was expected.

The lock mechanism itself seems cheap and doesn't seem to work properly - occasionally it has actually locked us out of our house.

I got in touch with the company who after ignoring me for a while, eventually refused to fix it or refund me, or even inspect it free of charge. This cost over £300 and I think I might have to replace their badly installed lock at my own expense. In addition to which I'll need to replace all the keys cut in the meantime.

This is a scam. Called locksmith who said I needed a lock mechanism change. Asked me for £560 for a new one, threatened to leave my house unsecured unless I paid. Fitted a temp lock and I had to wait 4 days before he came back to "finish" the job. Replaced it with a rusty mechanism. When I complained the customer services person suddenly became unreachable no reply. Reported to trading standard. Locksmith name was timi.

So I recently got a lock fitted by a bloke from All Services 4 u and boy oh boy was I in for a surprise when I found out he overcharged me by almost ?100! I gotta say, I really would not recommend All Services 4 u. I mean, sure, they did eventually get the job done, but at what cost? Literally. They charged me way too much for the parts they used, and I found out later that I could've gotten them for a fraction of the price online or from Amazon.

Like, seriously, they charged me ?50 plus VAT for a lock that I later found out was only worth ?11. And don't even get me started on the door gear - they charged me ?160 plus VAT when I could've gotten it for just ?60 including VAT elsewhere. It's just such a ripoff.

And to make matters worse, it took them a whole week to complete the job, with all kinds of different excuses along the way. When it was finally done, I got a bill that was just ridiculous - it would've been cheaper to just buy a whole new front door! I had to call their main office just to get them to finish the job, and when I tried to talk to customer service about the pricing, they just ignored me.

Honestly, I wish I had just gone with someone else from the beginning. I was billed by this company, but the work was actually booked by another one, which just seems really confusing to me. These guys thought they could just rip me off because I didn't have any heating or hot water. Well, I ain't no pushover, and I'm telling everyone to avoid this company like the plague! They ain't worth your time or money, trust me.

This services provider ain't good, they ain't welcome in the UK. I called for them to fix my door and they sent this nasty engineer who didn't even take five minutes to finish the job and charged me a whopping ?70! Can you believe that? Within 24 hours, the problem was back and worse than before. I called them again, to report this issue, but they simply refused to listen or even acknowledge what had happened. Instead, they tried to charge me again for a job they hadn't done well in the first place.

During the call, they kept on putting me on hold and leaving me unattended because I dared to ask why I had to pay for a job that was not properly done. When they finally did speak to me, they told me they were "too busy" to send someone, and so they wanted to charge me again. Talk about taking advantage of the customer! They don't care about you or your satisfaction, all they care about is taking your money. This ain't the first time they've done this to me and I'm not alone. I've read other reviews of people that had the same issue.

Stay away from them, they are so unprofessional, unfriendly, and you can be sure they care less about you than they do their money. If you want a job properly done, avoid them at all costs. It is a common problem that people have and be careful you don't become a victim too.

This company, All Services 4 u, is a total rip-off. I had trouble with my front door and needed a locksmith right away. So, I turned to Google to find a local one in my area. I saw a phone number and address for All Services 4 u and decided to call them.

When I spoke to someone on the phone, they told me that for a fee of ?59 + VAT, someone could be dispatched to my location immediately. They also told me that a new lock would cost me around ?20 + VAT, with no further charges for labour.

But when the locksmith arrived, things went south very quickly. He examined my door and told me that he would have to replace the gearbox, lock, and handle. Plus, he said that the cost of labour would be ?89 + VAT. This added up to a total of ?520 – an outrageous amount that I could not afford.

When I protested the cost, the locksmith simply told me that my door was special and that I needed a special gearbox, which was more expensive than the one needed for a standard UPVC door. However, I managed to negotiate the total cost down to ?310.

But I soon discovered that I had been scammed by this company. A quick search online showed that the lock and gearbox parts that were used were much cheaper than what I was charged for. In fact, they should have cost no more than ?200. I was absolutely furious.

What's worse, there seems to be no All Services 4 u office located at the address listed on Google. Instead, it's a dry cleaners shop. How shady is that?

This company preys on unsuspecting people who don't know any better. They lie and overcharge for their services, exploiting people in vulnerable situations.

To make matters worse, the locksmith broke my old lock and removed the handle and mechanisms before quoting me the total cost. I had no choice at that point but to agree to the work, or risk leaving my door completely unlocked and vulnerable.

I have proof of their shoddy practices and will definitely be reporting them to the authorities. Trust me when I say – stay far away from All Services 4 u.

Last week on Friday the 5th August, I had chosen All Services 4 U for plumbing services for repairing the leak in an un-suite shower. A professional plumber from their team arrived on the site and inspected both shower tray and toilet. He confirmed that the shower tray is in perfect condition but found a slight leak from the toilet. The plumber assured me that he had fixed the issue and guaranteed that it wouldn't happen again. I followed their instructions and paid the call-out charges as mentioned.

However, the owner of the flat downstairs kept complaining that there was still a leak present which gave me concern. Therefore, I reached out to the All Services 4 U call centre on the 7th August and informed them of the situation. It took them a while to arrange for another plumber, which was frustrating. The plumber, who came out the next day, only spent a few minutes on-site and suggested that the entire bathroom would need to be replaced due to the leak. I was taken aback and directly questioned that claim. I stressed that there was only one leak and that the previous plumber never suggested such an extensive repair job. I had to make multiple calls to the All Services 4 U call centre throughout the day and finally arranged for the first plumber to attend again on the 9th August.

The first plumber arrived on the 9th of August and confirmed the recurrence of the leak. He assured me that this would be covered under their guarantee policy. He contacted me after the job was complete and mentioned that there would be a small charge of ?10 for a part. However, nobody contacted me for payment.

Things took a turn for the worse on the 11th August when my flat sprang a leak that flooded the flat below. I contacted the All Services 4 U call centre as it was an emergency situation, but they only sent the second plumber, who was tardy and refused to enter the flat. By 3 pm, the plumber had left, and there was no way to fix the issue. I immediately called All Services 4 U call centre again but was told that their plumbers would not be attending to fix the issue, which was unacceptable.

I opted to call Pimlico Plumbers to come out and fix the issue instead. The plumber arrived within 45 minutes and fixed the leak without any hassle.

After my terrible experience with All Services 4 U, I lodged a complaint, but all my grievances were ignored, except for one- "they have pictures of the water damage before they arrived." But, I had pictures of the water damage before they got involved and the damage that took place afterward, which were very different.

My advice is to use this company only for basic services like changing a toilet seat. Any significant work that requires expertise is out of their wheelhouse. Furthermore, their customer service is abysmal. I will be taking legal action.

I had an engineer from All Services 4 u (allservices4u.co.uk) booked for a timeframe of 8am to 12pm. I took the day off to await their arrival, but was disappointed to find that nobody showed up. It was quite frustrating, to say the least. Despite the plan being set in motion, I was not given any update or courtesy call to indicate that the engineer would be late or unavailable.

Honestly, I would not recommend All Services 4 u to anyone looking for prompt and responsible service. These guys were a total and absolute rip-off! Don't even think about using them, folks. They will take your money and leave you high and dry. I had a terrible experience with them and would strongly advise any potential customers to stay far, far away from them.

As if that wasn't bad enough, I also had a run-in with another company, Fred Browns Locksmith, that seemed to be connected to them in some way. Now, I'm not saying for sure that they're the same company, but there were definitely some similarities... and let's just say I wasn't impressed with their services either.

Overall, my experience with All Services 4 U was a complete and utter nightmare. I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone, unless you want to be ripped off and left with a bad taste in your mouth. Stay away from these guys like the plague!
