Husband thought we had a mouse or rat in garage and called these people. They told him no charge for first visit and placed traps inside the garage and a couple outside. A few weeks later we get a bill for $69 saying they were out and provided a service the day before. I told them, NO they weren't here. No one came to the door, no one asked to go into the garage to get to traps. I'm not giving them a dime for doing nothing. I told them to cancel. My husband was never given any contract, signed nothing and ow they want a $199 fee for cancelling. NO WAY! This should be illegal. No disclosure of this whatsoever. Small amount but multiple that by all those who they are defrauding, it adds up. I'll take them to small claims court first. They should not be allowed to practice business in California, and I will let the state know and be aware of these con men!
