Aptive Environmental review: They don't seem to know anything about pest control... And, they will not cancel your contract.

I have been trying to cancel this service for over 3 months. I finally talked to someone, Chris, and he agreed to cancel but we're still being billed. I tried reaching out online but they are not responding. Service-wise, they stink. I'm not a professional in knowing what kind of "pest control" I need. EVERY MONTH they ask me what they can do... that is so ridiculous. Shouldn't they be the experts? They are not. My neighbor also fell for this scam, and we both feel that the amount of product they used for "ant control" wasn't enough to kill one ant. They just walked around the house barely putting down product. One guy said he'd put steel wool in any outside areas that a mouse could get into. I found more steel wool on the ground then in the very noticeable spot that mice can get through. What's more, in the months that I did give them a chance to prove themselves worthy, I had a new person call with "what do you want done" EVERY MONTH. Do not use these guys.
