I have complained since I changed service with this company and I am going to cancel. No matter how much I say the techs come and half assed spray around my house and then get back in the truck after 10 minutes, nothing changes. I got the same service this past week and I have more bugs coming in my house and not in the verge of death. I watched this last guy and he must’ve sprayed everything on the ground. My front and backdoor got sprayed. I am calling to cancel cause I just killed another non dying bug come in. 137 dollars for 10 minutes of crap service and I’m done.
Claimed loss: No dead bugs. I just had to stop cause one was running across the floor.
Desired outcome: People that care about their job. It’s absolutely pitiful. Before the tech came I said as much. Give me someone who cares about the job.
