Aptive Pest Control review: Unauthorized charge

I canceled my service contract in July after a 2 year service plan. I was told that my service was cancelled andI would receive my last call on July 25. I told the rep my home for was up for sale and I would not need the service. He marked that and I did receive a service call on the 25th. On August 10 my checking account was charged for a monthly fee. I had not agreed to this. I called and was told again my service would be cancelled but they could not refund my money. I wrote a review with trust pilot and today I received an e-mail directing me to contact social media
2goaptive.com. so they could review my complaint. There is no where to contact that department on that site. I'm to the point that I figured I should give up any change of seeing my money.
