Aptive Pest Control review: Do not trust Aptive

I cancelled my service, but Aptive continues to send me bills. They demand that I continue paying for substandard service, e.g not spraying or removing multiple wasp nests. I complained that their techs kept missing the obvious problems, but the nests were never sprayed or removed. Now they have sent me to collections, but they continue to refuse to even speak with me!
