Aptive Environmental review: Careless - they poisoned my puppy

We provided photos, vet records, and even confirmation from the ASPCA Poison Control Unit showing exactly what Gus ingested — and still, Active Environmental refuses to take responsibility. No apology. No accountability. Nothing.
