Aptive Pest Control review: Careless - they poisoned my puppy

Our dog was poisoned because of this company's negligence.

We trusted Aptive Environmental to safely handle rodent control at our home. Instead, their technician left Selontra poison directly on the ground, even after I personally showed him where the secure traps are.

Later that same day, our sweet boy Gus found it... and our nightmare began.

We rushed him to the ER. He's endured days of agonizing treatment. He could've died. The emotional toll this has taken on our family — especially our kids — is something we'll never forget.

We provided photos, vet records, and even confirmation from the ASPCA Poison Control Unit showing exactly what Gus ingested — and still, Active Environmental refuses to take responsibility. No apology. No accountability. Nothing.

If you have pets or children, please do not let this company near your home. We are heartbroken, and we're sharing our story to protect others from going through what we did.
