Their support forum is nothing close to support. Alternative treatment options are put down by the administrators and those who inquire about it are told that they are stupid for considering it and would be stupid to try it. Other times many have offered up opinions on issues and were put down by the administrators. The administrators are also friends who stay in contact outside the forum, so if anyone does have a complaint against any of the other administrators they all hear about it and more than likely the member will get banned that way as well. There is a distinct lack of support there and it has been replaced with a "my way or the highway" mentality with a touch of high school "cliquiness" thrown in. Unfortunately I have found no formal way to issue a complaint against a suport forum, especially since all the administrators refuse to see anyone else's point of view there.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
