Ordered and paid for parts shown in stock, not shipped after 10 days, contacted company multiple ways, no response, wont let me cancel order. On May 20 I ordered part #'s *** for $37.26 and *** for $41.47 with S/H of $9.95 and tax of $4.72 for a total of $93.40 my order #*** I paid thru PayPal and received a receipt from PayPal via email, however after not receiving an order confirmation or any emails from AP4A after 2 days I logged into my account with AP4A to check status. They showed order as still processing. After not hearing anything from them for a week, I again logged in on the 28th not check the status, no changes. I sent them a message thru their websites built in contact form. On the 29th I tried the online live chat with customer service, sat with the window open for over an hour, no one ever joined the chat. There is no phone numbers listed anywhere on the AP4A website. I checked here at the ComplaintsBoard.com and see they have numerous complaints, I have read them and now have no hope of ever getting my parts. I have since ordered them today directly from the manufacturer (***) at more than twice the cost. I want a refund and to cancel the AP4A order. Cannot find an option on their site to do so!

Bought a griddle but the run off tray does not fit bc the griddle was incorrectly made. They refunded part. I want a full refund included shipping. I have a stove top that has a griddle. The griddle was worn and needed to be replaced. This company sent me the correct part (and the griddle fits fine in the stove top) but the run off tray that comes with the griddle and inserts into it at one end (where you scrape off dirt) does not fit bc there is excess moulding on the inside of the griddle area where the run off tray inserts. So I returned the griddle and they refunded me but in part only. My total cost was $231.38 and they refunded only $196.79. They deducted a "restocking fee" which I cannot understand and it cost me in addition $60.17 to return the griddle by UPS (the safest, least expensive but insured way to return it) which I want to be refunded as well. So in total I am asking for a refund of $94.76 bc they sent me a defective part.. They insist the griddle is not defective but anyone seeing it can show you the run off tray cannot fit in it bc of manufacturing defects. Specifically, there is excess moulding inside the tray area that prevents it from dropping in. I have asked to Zoom/Facetime to go through it with them but they ignore my requests. Please let me know any other details I can provide. Again, anyone seeing it live can tell you right away what I am saying is truthful and correct. *** Thank you very much.

Copy of email chain to and from company so far: Hello, We have submitted a wrong part shipped claim with the warehouse. Once approved, the correct part will be shipped to you. Company did not send until 5 days after purchase would not cancel order Re: Order# ***- I ordered 2 parts on 6/17 and paid $21.95 for 2 day shipping, the invoice stated the item would ship 6/17. When I did not receive the item on 6/19, I attempted many times to cancel this order with no response. There is no phone #, their live chat does not work, their email responses are erratic. On 6/22 at 7:38pm EST I was told it was too late to cancel the order that the order had been filled by another company and had already been shipped. 5 days after I paid for 2 day shipping. I was told I could refuse the UPS package and then I would be issued a refund. This company never responded to the question, does that include shipping costs? I finally received the item 6/24. I asked the company to refund the difference in shipping since I did not get the 2 day shipping that I had originally paid for. My response from them today, 6/25, we did not have the part in stock, you would not have gotten 2 day shipping at the time you placed your order. My response to them: If I had been aware the item was out of stock, I would have purchased through a different seller in the first place. If there was proper communication this order would've been canceled the Friday after it was made Your website is misleading and your service unacceptable. This companies inability to communicate and provide good customer service is inexcusable. I will file complaints with the ComplaintsBoard.com and every other site I can find.

Another classic case of bait-n-switch tactic and refused to refund money for products that was not shipped or delivered. On 6/6, in the middle of a Pandemic, when a working refrigerator is so vital under local stay-at-home orders, i purchased two GE refrigerator parts from this company and paid $166.28 with my PayPal account, because their website said they had 17 of these parts in stock. After inquiries back and forth and being repeatedly told, "We'll look into it or i'll check on the status" and then losing 5 essential days of waiting with no updates or parts having been shipped, I had no choice but to start my parts search over again and located the parts elswhere. I requested a cancellation and refund for my order and was told on 6/11 that the refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. Well, I monitored my PayPal account and let two weeks go by, but still no refund to my account. So once again, I patiently inquired about the refund and was told the same thing, "I'll look into the status of your refund and get back to you", but as of 7/4, almost a month later, still no refund and now the communication and response has stopped. You know, we're all collectively going through a tough time right now as a community and country, both socially and financially, and the last thing anyone wants to do is to have to fight for a measly $166, which under normal circumstances would not even be worth the headache! I remember thinking at some point, gosh..wow, i hope this not one of those classic cases of some new or unknown company hiding behind a computer screen, being run out of an apartment building, using bait-n-switch tactics as an online reseller/dropshipper (i've dealt with several before in the past). I'm still hoping this company can prove me wrong, because the last thing i wanted to do was to come here to the ComplaintsBoard.com to file a complaint.

WEBSITE SAID IT WOULD SHIP VIA *** IN 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS. NO MENTION OF PARTS BEING UNAVAILABLE WAS MENTIONED, AS OTHER WEB SITES DID. MADE MULTIPLE REQUESTS VIA EMAIL (AS NO ONE ANSWERS THEIR PHONE OR CALLS BACK) ABOUT STATUS OF MY ORDER WHEN IT DIDN'T ARRIVE AS PROMISED. RECEIVED NUMEROUS RESPONSES THAT THE PART STILL WASN'T AVAILABLE. CONTACTED *** AND ASKED THAT MY CREDIT CARD WOULDN'T BE CHARGED UNTIL ITEM SHIPPED, BUT THEY SAID NO. I INFORMED THE MERCHANT THAT 1 DECIDED TO FILE A DISPUTE ON 01/20 WITH *** UNTIL THE RACK SHIPPED. THEN I RECEIVED THIS RUDE EMAIL FORM THE MERCHANT: "Wouldn't it be easier to cancel for a full refund? You can certainly open a dispute, it will just take longer to get your money back. If you open a dispute we will have to go through that process until complete. The manufacturers are having severe issues producing parts for obvious reasons. Do you ever watch or read the news? Provided you have not opened a dispute already, you can wait for the part to arrive or you can cancel for a full refund. Your choice." ON 01/23, I TOLD THE MERCHANT I WITHDREW MY DISPUTE AND WANTED TO CANCEL MY ORDER. ON 01/25 I RECEIVED THIS EMAIL FROM THE MERCHANT:"We have submitted a cancellation request, please allow 2-5 business days for refund".ON 02/17 I RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING EMAIL FROM THE MERCHANT: "The credit memo you received is sent when your refund is processed. You may not like the terminology, but the refund was made the same day the credit memo was sent. Check your account around that date. In other words, you have already been refunded.BETWEEN 02/25 AND TODAY I HAVE SENT 5 MORE EMAILS ASKING FOR THE STATUS OF MY REFUND, BUT I AM IGNORED. I SPOKE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND ACCORDING TO THEM NO REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED TO DATE.

Ultimately, I need to a return shipping ticket from Appliance Parts4All to get the incorrect items returned, to get the correct parts delivered to my home to be able to use my refrigerator optimally, or a complete refund for the parts that I ordered. This needs to be resolved as soon as possible; I cannot continue to go without a complete refrigerator nor can I continue to take time from my family and teaching career to get this resolved. Thank you for your help with this matter.
They send you the wrong part, drive up your costs in returning it, and the deny the return with bogus reasoning. Look elsewhere.
