CROOKS...dont use this company. They take your money and dont provide the agreed to services.

The technition was fenominal! Appliance Care was on time, courtious and was able to answer every question I had about my microwafe.

DO NOT USE. I got totally ripped off by this company. My Subzero wine fridge was busted because of freon leaking. They charged me a grand to just fix a hole where the freon was leaking, put in a $2 valve, and add more freon. I ain't ever gonna use this company for any appliance repairs again.

Great company to work with. I requested service for a refrigerator through their website. I got a call back in less than 2 hours and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The service guy called when he was 45 minutes away and was within the service time. The service guy was thorough, polite, and explained everything clearly.

Few weeks back I had a "malfunction" on my washer. Had an extremely knowledgeable young man come out and repair the unit. What I liked is that he gave me options of what can be done and explained every process thoroughly of what would happen with each option. Prices were reasonable and service was professional. My experiance with Appliance Care has been amazin. Their customer service team was extremly polite and helpful and were able to get me scheduled same day. The tech came out and explained all the possible options for me with the price for each choice. We decided to fix it and he said he has the part in his van and could do it on the spot! EXCELLENT COMPANY! Repair person, ***, arrived at 6 p.m. on New Years Eve and identified problem with freezer drawer, removing ice buildup so we could use until new part arrived. *** explained the problem thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable and even though it was New Years Eve he did not rush. He then worked on our clothes washer, which was a new problem and repaired it. We are extremely pleased with this company and ***. We will always call them (and ask for ***).

Had my dryer go out after a storm, everyone who I called told me they would make it in 3-4 days, Appliance Care said they could have someone out that evening. The technician came out and found out it was an issue with the mother board. He could of just quoted me to replace the board and that's it but instead he said he could try the cheaper option 1st which was to fix the board itself and see if it works. He said if it didn't work then he would just collect a trip charge or waive what I paid towards getting a new board. That moment there I knew I found an appliance repair company that doesn't just look to charge the highest amount, but a company that is honest and cares for their customers.

I hired this company to check out my dryer 'cause it wasn't working right. The tech checked it and said there was a shorting and they could fix it. They did, dryer worked again, and I paid up. But guess what? Two weeks later, same problem! So I asked for a refund or for them to send someone to fix it. But nope, they won't give me a refund until someone comes back in weeks and I gotta pay for it. Even though they didn't fix it the first time.
