Apple Creek Apartments

I moved into Applecreek Apartments on December 15 at around 3pm. When I got out of my car and started bringing my stuff inside, neighbors came out and just watched. After about 30 minutes, I heard my downstairs neighbors say something about "another person moving in." I was upset and contacted the leasing staff through email and phone. They asked me to come in and apologized, saying "our manager is really upset this happened" and "this has never happened before." I had just driven a long way by myself and didn't fully understand what I was getting into. I've never experienced anything like this before. The staff offered to move me two buildings away and talk to the neighbors. I agreed to move, but then on December 22, I got scared and decided not to move or meet with the neighbors. On Christmas, I was woken up at 1:30am by slamming doors, arguing, and fighting. I have videos of the fighting and every time I visit the apartment, I can hear banging, arguing, or fighting through the walls. I asked about ending my lease, but the terms were ridiculous. I agreed to them only if the apartment complex would take my safety seriously. Now, I'm scared to stay there for more than two days a week. I got a notice on my door about "drugs" and "police," but no one ever came to verify the claims. I never got a notice about the noise complaints I filed. This place is not only prejudiced, but they don't care about safety.
