I am a CHOICE Warranty VIP customer. My 10 year-old Insinkerator garbage disposal froze up from rust. My husband removed it to troubleshoot,but did not remove the Insinkerator old sink flange. We called CHOICE and they sent Anytime Home Services tech out that first talked down to me that I shouldn't have taken out the old garbage disposal. He called his manager and got permission to put in a new MOEN that he had in his truck. His truck was perpendicular in the driveway with the motor running and the door open, so my husband could not drive into the driveway. When my husband got into the house, the tech said, "You shouldn't have removed it!" He proceeded to install the MOEN onto the old Insinkerator sink flange. I tried to get the MOEN box from him, since I own it. He gave me the manual and left. I didn't realize it until after he left, I texted him saying that he forgot to put the new MOEN sink flange in. He said it works just fine.
The next call to correct this issue was another tech saying it works fine and that have didn't have the MOEN sink flange in his truck, but if he did it would be $250 charge. Another call to CHOICE and to Anytime to correct this and there was a NO SHOW. I called CHOICE and Anytime and asked for my MOEN sink flange back, that my husband can do it.
The girl who answered the phone said that Anytime makes $ off of parts.
NO ONE is my advocate, as I paid both companies for their services. BEWARE!
Recommendation: CHOICE WARRANTY is not your advocate. Anytime Home Services stole my property.
