After 5 months of this membership I have been double charged for 4 months because the charge (originally set up with my debit card) never hit on the same day and I keep my card locked. When they randomly try to pull the payment and it was blocked, they would charge me an additional $20. After a couple months of that, I went into the office and set up an ACH payment from my account however, their system had an error of some kind and still they charged me the $20 late fee. I went in to speak with them again and requested a refund of the multiple late fees that I had been charged but was told that was not an option. They didn't have the ability to refund in their system. The ACH payment has worked exactly one time but now they have charged me twice. Once on Aug 27 and again on Sept 5. There is apparently no one to talk to at my local gym as they are all 'gone for the summer'? And no corporate either? This company is worthless and someone should file a class action suit against their unscrupulous business practices.
