I have cataracts that prevent me from reading small print so I asked the manager to explain membership cancellation policy. He said I could cancel for health reasons. In an upcoming surgery, my maxilla will be cut off my face and moved. I will not be able to chew food for over 4 months and it will take me years before I can exercise. I gave them the surgeon consultation and was told I could cancel. I kept receiving bills notices from ABC financial so I have returned 3 times to settle the dispute and each time was told everything was ok. I cannot seem to get this resolved. Evidently, employees will say anything to get you to sign a contract. I didn't realize I needed to have a lawyer to read the contract first. Never, never sign a contract with this organization
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
