I wanted to ship a Puppy to the Ukraine & asked for a Quote.I called them several times to find out my exact costs & Once I had their Price I decided to use them. When I went to book the Puppy They DOUBLED THE PRICE. They were a complete waste of time & they have a very bad attitude. They ACT like THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOR BY ALLOWING YOU TO USE THEIR SERVICES.

Please don't buy a puppy from a pet store or Internet site - they are primary outlets for puppy mills, which churn out puppies in shockingly cruel conditions! Responsible breeders don't sell through pet stores or to people they haven't met. Wuaren called in and cursed and screamed, was rude and confrontational immediately, calling our employees many four letter words in addition to several screaming rants, for absolutely no reason. Clearly trying to cause an argument. This only stopped after we were forced to contact the Police, after 4 or 5 very strange name calling and aggressive threatening phone calls? The puppy comment was in regards to a cost we gave over the phone just to give an idea of cost, a thought on the price range.It did turn out to be more once worked up, not double but it was more, sometimes a cost can not be accurate until all is looked at. An international relocations cost can change daily until it is locked in. It is also worth mentioning the very large number of complaints this person has written on this site (complaintsboard) about many, many sites? Also, we received a very specific threat from a competitor about this very site, they also have been found guilty of bashing other sites as well, they were also kicked out of IPATA for this type of commenting?
IPATA is the orginization that all Pet Transport Companies belong to.
