Pathetic, immature, rude and downright vengeful
Pathetic, immature, rude and downright vengeful. Gail columbo denied me the Kidney Kitty because I stated that her shipping prices were too high. After several emails requesting where my product was, and posting on her Facebook page she finally decided that she would reimburse me the cost instead of providing me the product. This woman needs to be taught a few lessons on how to put cats first, and how to get over herself.

When asking for a refund and advising possible ways for unnecessary purchases to be made ( I live in Canada, they do not ship internationally) as I had informed her I did not properly read the website (which yes, I am at fault for) I received a rather rude response questioning my ability to take care of myself and that i needed a nanny.
Oh, she’s an absolute piece of work! I’ve had the misfortune of meeting this vile lady in-person. I’m shocked she is still in business with her fake products. She is a tin foil hat wearer and believes in chemtrails and treating people like garbage in business and her personal life
