Requested for plumbing service on or about 7-31-26 as system seems to back up on occasion . Plumbing service was provided on 8-3-26 , at which time technician informed both my son and I that the backup was on the exterior of property perimeter. He said he would write the report and send it up to the office. Within a few days, I called Wham plumbing and he indicated they were third-party and could not provide me with report directly. I would need to obtain that from ARW. As I called ARW, I’ve been getting the runaround to the point of losing patients. They said they do not provide diagnosis of problem. I explained to them that in order for me to present something to the City I would need to present the Plumber’s findings in order for City to take over. I repeatedly get stalled we’re going to escalate they’re going to escalate. They’re going to contact dispatch on 17 August. I made a call to ARW, the intern said to give them 24 to 48 hours to no avail. Today is the 21st of August and we’re starting with phone calls again no actual resolution in sight. The plumber’s findings aren’t necessary to address, plumbing problems, falling under the city jurisdiction , that if not addressed will only continue to back up into our residence.
Desired outcome: Actual form with plumbers findings when working on plumbing matter in my home.
