I'm an insurance agent and I get spammed by Renegade Insurance almost every day. No matter how many times I block their emails, they keep sending more. I wouldn't use this company for insurance and I wouldn't do business with them. It's really unprofessional. Sage's marketing department should think about their approach. They keep using these email addresses to spam me:

My company, Rotation Inc, got insurance from Renegade Insurance for my trucking business. They made me pay a down payment of $4,122.23 on December 4th. After two weeks, they told me they had to cancel my insurance because the underwriting didn't like what they saw. They gave me until the end of the month to get another insurance. They also charged me for the month they covered me, which was $2294. I've been trying to reach someone to answer my questions and give me my remaining refund back. I've been ignored and told they no longer have my refund, and I need to contact someone else. Today is April 27th, and I've tried multiple times to reach out, but they don't answer the phone or return my calls. I feel like this is a fraud complaint, and they will do anything to take your money. When it's time to refund your money, they give you the runaround. The manager, Mayra, is very rude and never responds back.

I had a claim with Renegade Insurance on January 12. I talked to a specialist named *** from Renegade trucking company. The claim was because of an accident that happened on Dec 21, 2021, at my mom's house. They got pictures of my car and the truck's and driver's license information. They gave me a claim number #*** and assigned an adjuster named ***. They put the claim on policy qad102803, insured ***. But *** didn't do her job and didn't submit my claim. She gave me info about another claimant with similar details to mine, except for the date and claimant's info. I've been trying to fix this problem with Renegade for over 2 months. I filed a new claim and waited for a new adjuster to be assigned to me. Meanwhile, the insured didn't care about the repairs. The adjuster and I called the insured, but they didn't answer. The adjuster asked me to forward any emails that me and Bashir had in arrangement to confirm he assumes responsibility. I sent the emails, but she didn't follow through. Her name is ***. She asked me to go look for him physically, but I refused because it's not safe for me. I just want my car fixed. I gave them all the information I could get, but they're just playing with my case and taking advantage of my situation. I need my car fixed. Please help.
