American Residential Services / ARS Rescue Rooter review: Poor quality of promise and work!

I have been waiting for over a year for a part for my AC unit to be repaired. This part is under warranty and I am making payments on the part. I was given a temporary fix until my part came in. I was promised by management that everything would be repaired as soon as the part arrive. This was in July of 2024. I inquired about the part the parts part a few times but they keep saying that it hasn't come in yet. Its now August 2025 and I'm still waiting on my part and the AC unit has stop working Completely! I am a heart patient. So we had to purchased window units to keep the house cool. I live at 1425 Highway 6 Gaston SC.
