Kathy M. is the BEST! I can't begin to list how many times she helped my family before we sold our parents home. Between Covid restrictions, my family drama and living far apart, Kathy and I worked together remotely, and often times she went above and beyond. Kathy M. has gone above and beyond her job description to help us buy our home at Pine Lakes Gardens. We did this all from far away in Upstate New York. She did 3 virtual walk throughs of the house and hooked us up with the present owners too. She also got us the right paperwork and people to make the purchase happen. She was always there for us by phone, text, or emails many times a week and she still keeps in touch to help us get familiar with the area.
