Kathy M. is the BEST! I can't begin to list how many times she helped my family before we sold our parents home. Between Covid restrictions, my family drama and living far apart, Kathy and I worked together remotely, and often times she went above and beyond. She is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and she stayed positive throughout the entire experience. She responds quickly to calls, texts, emails, and we've even had videos. Kathy M. has gone above and beyond her job description to help us buy our home at Pine Lakes Gardens. We did this all from far away in Upstate New York. She did 3 virtual walk throughs of the house and hooked us up with the present owners too. She also got us the right paperwork and people to make the purchase happen. She was always there for us by phone, text, or emails many times a week and she still keeps in touch to help us get familiar with the area.
I'd give her 10 stars if I could and we highly recommend her as your real estate agent too.

I bought the home from Erica R and she was a great help. She made the whole process easy for someone like me who lives out of state and wanted to move to Florida. The remote closing was simple and easy with Erica's help. She answered all my questions quickly, even when she was on vacation, and made me feel confident in my decision to buy with American Homes. She met us at the house in Florida and had the paperwork ready for us before we left. She emailed a list of important numbers for services, hospitals, and contractors for our new home, so the transition goes smoothly when we move in. The virtual walk through of the house before closing was well done, showing every room, appliances, faucets, and outside areas. We can't wait to go back to our new home.

WOW! What a special Real Estate Lady, Tanya R. We met with her several years ago. Liked her immediately. Earlier this year we found a couple of homes of interest. Fortunately, Tanya was again our agent. From the first day our journey she took control of our project. Her expertise as well as experience proved exceptional. Dealing directly with the Broker as well as the Savings Bank took a load of us. Tanya earned an A++. We've now moved 5 times in 10 years. Tanya sets the standard.
