American Freight Furniture Company review: I would either like my section in 5 days or a I want a full refund.

I purchased a section from this company on 12/30/2021. They told us that the couch would ready for pick up in 4-6 weeks. Today is week #10 and we have still no sectional. We have called the Altoona branch twice. All we are told is that they will call us when it comes in. They have never reached out to us to let us know that the couch would be arriving later than we were told. We paid in full the day of purchase on 12/30/2021. Total cost was over $2000. On 3/8/2022 at approx 2:30pm I sent an email to the company through their contact us link on their website. Over 48 hours later and I have yet to receive a phone call or a email about this situation.
