Mr Roger’s Windows review: They don’t follow lifetime warranty

I had a door installed that within 5 years leaked. I had Mr. Roger’s Windows technicians investigate and they told me that the problem was that the original door frame that THEY INSTALLED was not properly seated. I had to send $1000 to fix their original screw-up.

Now I’ve got a back door we’re the painted metal-rapping around the door frame is RUSTING/DEGRADING. They say it’s due to a corrosive agent. Cost: $800. I find this unacceptable. Mr. Roger’s Windows does not honor its lifetime warranty narrative.
