As John Doe wrote in his review dated 4/25/22, "There's really not a great way to sell old cemetery plots." I agree with that statement and also agree that The Cemetery Exchange is the way to go. They were very helpful with tips on the ins and outs of advertising plots. They were proactive in periodically reaching out and responded quickly whenever I contacted them.

Using The Cemetery Exchange to sell our property in *** was a great decision. Our lots sold in a very short term with little effort on our part. This company and their set up is first rate. Providing detailed in instructions. Providing options to screen callers. Sold my crypt in less than three months Reasonable price. Not everyone will sell a plot that fast but it will work for plots that have marketable value. They provide forms also. So you can get all the info and advise you need to sell your property. A+.

The Cemetery Exchange was great to work with. Everything went very smooth from the beginning to the end. They were quick to respond and informative. They advised on responding to the buyer, documents to prepare, information on transaction to transfer the Deed. They also provided information that help me to know how to market them, deal with potential customers and conduct the transaction. We received several inquiries over the two years and sold both from contacts received through the website. I would recommend them if you are a buyer or a seller.

I found this company in 2017, after my mother gave me 2 cemetery plots to sell. I had no idea how to go about it and was totally lost, until I found these wonderful folks! It took me 4 years but I finally sold both of them. They tell you everything to watch out for and what to do. There are so many scammers out there and they tell you exactly what to do. Their advice was spot on and it really made me more comfortable handling the sale. I would highly recommend their service if you are trying to sell cemetery property! Five stars!

It was very nice to be able to put up the information about the plot for sale and not have to think about it or worry about it anymore until someone expressed interest. The Cemetery Exchange is perfect for those who don't want the hassle of figuring out where to go to advertise something as unique as a cemetery plot. How quickly you sell is dependent on factors outside of The Cemetery Exchange's hands. The service they provide is wonderful. They even gave me helpful pointers, including reminding me to reach out to the interested buyer right away to make sure I don't miss a sale opportunity.

I priced my plot competitively- and I happily helped the buyer with all of the nuances with the cemetery and what to expect from the transfer. There's really not a great way to sell old cemetery plots. The Cemetery Exchange is not the way to go. Cemetery Exchange is the way to go however! One low upfront price for the ad and they take care of the rest. They screen potential buyers which is helpful. They were easy to deal with, hassle free, and were always responsive to questions. They were honest in telling us upfront that it make take quite a while to sell our plots, (which it did) but this is due to the changing market with a lot of people looking at other options besides traditional burial. If you are in need of this service, go this route.

The Cemetery Exchange's advice and ad helped sell plots that I had been trying to sell for some time. Their emails and interested customer updates were right on time and accurate. The first interested buyer The Cemetery Exchange sent to me was ready to buy. Since I live over 500 miles from where the plots are located, I arranged for the cemetery office where the plots are located to do the transfer. Here is where I learned that The Cemetery Exchange's advice was spot on. The buyer was talked into buying a more expensive plot package by the cemetery staff. and I lost the sell. The next buyer TCE sent me was when I happened to be in the same town visiting relatives. Also, they were informed buyers also as to how the various cemeteries try to entice people to over spend for unnecessary or unwarted items. Thank you TCE for helping me sell.
