I sent my 18 year-old daughter there with an appointment. It is her first time at the doctor alone and she sat there for 3 1/2 hours with nobody telling her when somebody would come in the room. I finally told her to walk out when she walked out, there was nobody there at the front and all the lights were turned off. The office was closed so I couldn’t get a hold of them. I have no idea where a doctor or staff was this place needs to be shut down. This is ridiculous.
Claimed loss: $20
Desired outcome: Money back and due to the amount of negativity and unprofessional behavior I’m reading about in this office , and investigation. It is unacceptable to be running an office this way. Especially in a college town with kids.
