Amazon Prime review: Does amazon care about customer service?

I’m so disgusted with Amazon Prime. It’s now $139 a year and it is rare that I receive my shipment within the promised 2 days. I don’t care about “so called” benefits like Video (of which many have an add on charge) and music, etc. I want 2 day delivery…that’s it. I feel cheated as a long time Amazon customer…and calling their customer service line, which isn’t even listed on their website, and talking to a rep is well…I might as well talk to a brick wall.
