Amazon AU review: Closed my account

I was gifted $2500 of Amazon vouchers. I opened an account and uploaded my vouchers and then tried to buy a television. Amazon think there's fraudulent activity. They've closed my account and promised to contact e in 48 hours. Ive heard nothing for a week. I cannot find any way to communicate with them because I can't log in anymore. They have $2500 and are refusing to communicate. What a terrible organisation. Never buy their vouchers. never shop with them.
