I am from Australia and have an amazon charge on my credit card from Seattle U.S.A as i have never purchased anything on their website I requested a refund . after spending more then 5 hours chatting with amazon operators and seeming to resolve the issue they told me was a technical glitch on 2 separate occasions . the first time the operator told me i would receive a refund within 5 days after that did not happen i was told they couldn't refund but could send me a gift voucher which I accepted but that did not happen either .I have screen shots of the conversation and credit charge which i will also send .
